Q: What if I can’t attend the live sessions?

Q: What equipment do I need?
A: Minimal. Three sets of dumbbells (light, moderate, heavy depending on your current strength),  and a yoga mat or soft surface. A large therapy ball is an advantage but not mandatory. Full equipment list provided upon enrollment.
