- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ avocado
- handful of spinach (or baby kale)
- 3 T. Hemp hearts
- dash cinnamon
- ice cubes
- ½ cup unsweetened Almond milk
- Cocao nibs
- banana slices
