Flipping 50 womens retreats are each designed to challenge and stretch you. We’re not just talking about yoga sessions, though there will be some.

Getting out of your normal routine provide the opportunity to examine how you think, why you feel, and how you want to be when you re-enter.

We challenge your fitness, your thoughts about aging, and menopause. We educate about hormones through exercise, nutrition and sleep choices. 

Retreats provide training so you’re ready to enjoy them and be surrounded by women just like you.

What Happens at a Womens Retreat?

Each is unique but does run by a basic schedule. We do tell you more as we near the retreat so you know how to pack, and your training plan will prepare you for the hikes or other challenges.

Wed kickoff meet & greet 5-7
Thurs-Fri-Sat 8:30 – 7p

Potential Activities: 
Hiking (these are hiking-centric!), yoga, core, weight training sessions, swim or run coaching, horseback riding, cooking sessions, mountain biking. We reserve the right for a few surprises! Coaching, guest talks, and more.

Say you’re also a health or fitness professional and want to attend a business building retreat. These shorter 2.5 day retreats are intensives for Menopause Fitness & Health Coaches. If you do both a Pro and a Retreat, the combo is  25% off.

Boulder June 3-7 2026

NEW EPIC BOULDER experience for 2026.  It’s a popular location for good reason! Epic hiking venues (and we will use them!), amazing opportunities for adventure in the place where adventure is a way of life. 

Training for altitude can be done no matter where you are.  LODGING and MEALS included. All-inclusive for 9 bedroom intimate experience. Travel & transportation not included. For offsite guests or shared accommodations, send an email to [email protected] for rates. 

Scottsdale 2026 AZ TBA

Space is limited and time is running out! This is the first truly “unplugged” retreat. There will be limited internet access, allowing ample time to connect … with nature, others, and most importantly you.

Arrive Wednesday for a kick off meeting 5-7 (exact time TBA), enjoy full days of adventure at this range surrounded by the Tonto National forest. Training begins 90 days in advance. Ready for luxury & pampering?

Grand Canyon Sept 11-13

This Rim2River2Rim is a challenging day and epic way to experience the Grand Canyon. Hurry to book rooms tho!

Training for this is much like training for any endurance event. Not just the miles but strength, power, agility and your fuel and hydration will get you there.

This is a South rim experience that begins down for about 5-6 miles and ends up for 9. You’ll receive private and group coaching in addition to the plan and nutrition plan.

Moab, Utah Oct 1-5, 2025

Moab is the perfect location for hikes and outdoor yoga sessions against the beautiful arches and red rocks. 

You’ll experience a lot of hiking, sunshine, and some surprise adventures during this hiking retreat at the perfect time of year to experience it.

Magic happens in the foothills! This is a favorite spot for attendees and host. June 3-7 2026 will be a magical time on epic hikes, defining new strengths and skills, exploring areas in and around downtown Boulder. There will be extended yoga days, body work treatments and Flipping 50- approved meals. VERY limited space in this one. Moab, Utah… 

A new location full of adventure and beautiful hikes among the arches, amazing food, and plenty of outdoor activities for that “good tired.” We saved the dates for later in the year for sunny days and cool evening temps. Flipping 50 programs, coaching and womens retreats exclusively use research based on women in and post menopause. YOU influence 3 generations. Let’s raise some expectations about aging, if not some eyebrows.

Book a discovery call or hop right into the retreat of choice.

 

It is more than a night out, its true, but it’s not just a weekend. 

It’s at least 90 days of looking forward to something with a training plan and coach supporting you. 

Flipping 50 retreats are currently 25% of comparable retreats with time with the expertise and experiences planned for you. We’ve kept it as low as possible to make sense to continue. 

Someone who is feeling called to do this and a little bit nervous but wants to anyway! 

That’s where the good stuff happens! If you’re nervous about whether you’re in good enough condition or will be, let’s talk first. 

If you want a guarantee for a number of pounds or a percent of body fat loss, I’m not your coach.

If you focus on training, eating, adding muscle and power as you train, you will likely improve your fitness, your energy, sleep and longevity as well as body composition. If you on the other hand just add “more” and don’t eat more and rest more, it could backfire on you.  

I’ll plan the training. If you follow it and share progress you’re going to love the way you feel! 

Within 48 hours we will refund in full. Unfortunately, our costs have occurred at booking for activity, lodging  and even food is based on numbers.

We  will transfer you at that time to a new retreat (no refund). We’ll do everything we can to host the retreats but if for some reason we don’t meet a minimum we will have to offer an alternative for you. We realize there may be travel involved but can often accommodate with a half day with Debra (valued at $3000) if you’ve made travel that can’t be refunded. 

It’s true! You should find the right one for you right now. If you pulled together a personal trainer, a medical exercise specialist, a strength & conditioning coach, a nutrition coach, and a life coach … it would cost you hundreds or thousands of dollars a week. If she also was a woman who has gone through hormone changes, major life changes (8 significant life changes in just 14 months, at age 49), started over, built a business from zero to a life she loves, has worked with adults over 50 for 41 years, and understands STRESS… from both sides… who is a behavior change specialist not just a gym rat or an exercise instructor… It would be impossible to find.
There ARE other coaches. There aren’t any with this unique combination. If my message resonates with you, let’s do this. If it doesn’t, ask me! I may know a coach who can help.
