  • Wed evening kick off at 5pm
  • Thurs, Fri, Sat full days of activity and dinner
  • Sunday “sunrise” activity ending by 9am for any departures that day
  • This is an extremely LIMITED spot retreat. Instructions will be sent for booking accommodations so that you are onsite with us.
  • “Unplugged” with very limited and unpredictable internet. Looking for a way to escape? This is it!

Standing with weight on both legs, measure halfway between knee cap and hip flexor

Standing with weight on both legs, find the largest point of calf.
