Headaches and migraines finding you more frequently too? 

In 2014 I moved from Iowa to Colorado and ultimately to a home positioned at over 8000 ft. While I looked at the Great Divide from my window and felt it was so worth it, there were days I couldn’t wait to close my eyes and go to bed. I caved in to high doses of Advil at times. I tried CBD rubs, ice packs, heat, and my massage gun. 

When I didn’t feel like my brain was running into my forward I’d try yoga, or maybe swimming to ease the tension that built up in my neck and shoulders. I’d go have a massage.

But often the headaches would stay with me for a few days. I attributed them to high altitude. I know better than to be dehydrated and that wasn’t it. Barometric pressure changes? Maybe. But I never did find the root cause or tie it to hormonal change.
