Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 2 T shredded coconut (or flakes)
- 1 serving Plant Power or Paleo Power vanilla
- Fiber Boost
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (coconut, hemp, or flax will do too)
- ½ banana sliced, frozen
