Does the world need another exercise video?

Yes, if you are a women, age 50+!

With all the information and content available in this Information Age, you’d think that there would be a fitness program for women who are approaching or beyond age 50.

To my surprise (and maybe yours too), there is not! At least not until now.

Most programs are targeted toward adults, 40 and under.

They don’t take into consideration:

On the flip side, you’re not “broken” and don’t need a “senior” chair exercise.

For many women under 50, these concerns are part of their everyday life and prevent them from starting a program that would improve how they feel and look.

What makes the You Still Got it, Girl! series such a unique program is that it’s designed for midlife women–just like you.

Unlike so many of the videos already on the market, my four weekly videos include SAFE, energizing workouts that optimize your lean muscle and burn fat! Most importantly, they also include progressions, which allow you to continually challenge yourself (not over exert yourself) as you become more fit.

Whether it’s posture, small muscles that need attention to avoid injury, power for optimal metabolism and bone density, you’ll have have the reason behind each movement.

Warm up

This can be one of the trickiest parts of any workout. In fact, most women skip this step altogether. Not anymore! In each video, I show you a different way to warm up to prevent injury, prepare your body for the workout ahead, and give you a variety of options to choose from.

Main Strength

With each workout you will boost your metabolism while increasing strength, stamina, and endurance. You’ll learn a variety of exercises, in an easy-to-understand way, that will help you burn calories during your workout and for hours after!


Every video also includes exercises that safely engage your core throughout plus core-specific movements at the end of each session. Yet… you won’t find a single crunch or sit-up! A blend of stabilization exercises, lateral flexion, rotation, and back extensions will give you the flat belly and strong back you’ve always wanted!

Cool Down

If you’re like most women I’ve worked with, your cool down consists of grabbing your stuff and heading to the car. Skipping your cool down can lead to unnecessary sore muscles and injuries. My videos provide a wide range of movements that not only stretch the muscles you worked that day, but address over-tight and over-lose muscles resulting from our desk-top lifestyle.

Cheat Sheets

Each workout includes a Cheat Sheet which details each workout, allowing you the flexibility of working out at home with me or taking your workout to the gym. Once you’ve completed all four videos, you will have 4 workouts you can mix and match so you’ll never get bored!
