The best part of Stronger is just that – I am stronger. The program held me motivated me to make myself accountable for ‘me’ time and got me back on track and into a routine. The support of the other women in the program was awesome and the weeks flew by. Plus, no burpees. With Stronger, I have so much more stamina and energy, sleep better, feel better, have better posture, and my clothes are fitting better without changing my diet though it has made me more mindful of what I eat. There are so many positive things that make this program different from others. 1. It has it let me fit strength training into my schedule in the comfort of my home.  I live in a rural area with limited work out options so the convenience factor is a major plus.  2. It’s geared for women dealing with the changes menopause brought on and let’s you fight back. 3. It’s not your typical boot camp / group program where you are pushed beyond your limits to complete a canned number of reps. Stronger let’s you listen to your body and stop when you hit fatigue. 4. Debra explains the science behind the program. It has been a game changer for me. I now understand why logging more and more miles on the treadmill wasn’t working. If you are on the fence, just do it. My doctor had been on me to start back up with strength training so the timing of the pilot program was perfect.  It’s a smart, sensible, way to get Stronger.
