Level up your experience with private coaching with Debra that includes exercise, nutrition coaching, and lifestyle habit tracking as needed by you personally.

  • Can’t get out of your own way due to worry, caring for others or an exhausting career?

Life coach, master personal trainer and medical exercise specialist, and women’s exercise & hormone expert, Debra works with your mind-body-and soul to make changes paced right for you, all under one roof.

This coaching upgrade lasts 3 months with weekly short (15 minute) touches by phone, or for International clients (only), FaceTime, Skype, or email.

Plus you receive a weekly support for your exercise, nutrition, or biggest opportunity for breakthrough based on your call.

You have Debra while on the call. This is not recorded, but very valuable if what you need most is a check in, and to get your questions answered in a few minutes weekly. (for full VIP coaching see that version in the store).

You must use your 12 calls (or 6 30-minute calls) in 90 days. The package expires 90 days from the first call or after sessions are completed, which ever comes first.

You’re eligible for this coaching if you:

  • have been a prior private client
  • been in one of the programs or courses
  • you’re currently enrolled in a program or the Flipping 50 membership
  • have been invited by Debra via a special offer

**All terms of your service based on your invitation to coach override the options on the order form.

Find the widest point of girth at the hips

Right Thigh
Standing with weight on both legs, measure halfway between knee cap and hip flexor

Right Calf
Standing with weight on both legs, find the largest point of calf.
