Each Fasting Mimicking Diet package provides everything you need for 5 days of meals and snacks. It makes it easy and convenient to do the research-based protocol with adequate fat, carbohydrate, and protein to fool  your body into thinking your fasting. The rejuvenating benefits occur without actually having to go through the challenge and inconvenience of no food.

  • All the plant-based nutrition formulated for your 5-day fast, including instructions, is included in each box.
  • Debra will help you structure your exercise plan during that week according to your goals and the level appropriate for you during the fast.
  • Choose 5 days you will be able to prepare your meals (some soups require a stovetop), and you’re not subject to high stressors so you can take care of yourself. You’ll have adequate energy, but you don’t want to be trying to run a marathon, or even do your regular workout during this week.

=>If you’re choosing the fast for both significant weight loss and improving health markers, I suggest you do three months of the fast (5 days each month) to begin.

=>If you’re doing the fasting mimicking diet to kickstart a weight loss and wholistic health plan and you’re just looking to improve your overall results, order one at a time. You may want to do the fast quarterly or every six months.

Doing the fast with someone else in your household can make it easier. Several couples have begun to do the 5-day fast on a regular basis at the same time.

Debra did three consecutive months of the 5-day fast to start and then is following up with regular bi-annual fasts. It jump-started a reduction in morning coffee by 66%. That alone was a game changer!

Day 6 of the fast, you’re officially done, but you want to re-enter lightly so that day may require that you plan for it as well. Access to steamed veggies, fish, quinoa and other easy-to-digest foods is best. Then you’ll resume your best Flipping 50 blueprint lifestyle.
