STRONGER II: Smooth & Strong is a 5-Step Strength and Cardio program for increasing lean muscle, decreasing fat, and reducing cellulite. Whether you choose to use the 5 steps to target cellulite or just want increased fitness with strength, cardio, stretching support all in one place, this is your made-for-you 12-week program.

STEP 1: Warm up videos provide options based on your needs and space.

STEP 2: Strength training workouts focus on the areas you most want to target.

STEP 3: Cardio workouts are spot-specific (want to eradicate upper body cellulite? Or target hips and thighs? You’ve got workouts specific to those areas.)

STEP 4: Your secret sauce is Step 4 where you literally iron out your cellulite with one of two options. I demonstrate how to use the Theragun for percussive actions that penetrate your skin and muscle or the foam roller if you prefer to use it.

STEP 5: Stretch sessions finish your cellulite-specific program in order to lengthen the muscle.

Cellulite results are best when you follow steps 1-5 in order in your sessions.

Disclaimer: These workouts are not short. Since you’ll be combining strength and cardio you’ll need an hour to complete all 5 steps.

*If you want to reduce time and focus on upper or lower body, you can perform your upper and lower body workouts on alternate days.
