Our next retreat will be open in January and hosted in Arizona. To be notified when registration is open again fill out the notification form above.
WHAT:
A challenging Rim-to-River-to-Rim hike on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. It’s a beautiful way to experience one of the wonders of the world. The surreal lighting will awe you. This nearly 18-mile hike is not one to take lightly however. It’s why training starts now.
The heat may challenge you and learning to hydrate and fuel properly in the months leading to the retreat will be a part of your adventure. There is nothing more grounding for a business leader than taking care of themselves personally. If you’re craving something that challenges you physically and mentally, this is it. Get to know others simultaneously experiencing the same thing.
WHO:
Non-fitness pro who wants adventure, a training program and a group to start and celebrate with?
Psst…
You will complete this at your own pace. You may be faster or slower than others in the group. You may pass and be passed again by the same people. You may have a perfectly smooth day. You may struggle at times physically or mentally.
Like starting a marathon (this is not: but it IS about 18 miles, the last 9 are UP), you need to have your own “race” experience. We will start together. We will celebrate the finish. We will each grow as individuals between.

You will need to book your room(not included) ASAP. https://secure.grandcanyonlodges.com/booking/lodging Maswik lodge is the most ideal. (3 nights = $999) If that’s not an option, try:
Bright Angel Lodge (3 nights = $408)
The majestic El Tovar Hotel (3 nights $1374 for 3 nights – Oprah stayed there!)
Bring a friend or let us know if you’d like a roommate if you want to cut costs. We can’t promise any connections.
