From Roller Coaster Weight Gain and Loss to 75 pound loss at age 64

Stronger, faster, slimmer and just overall better. Life is good for Jennifer Long who struggled with weight in the upper 200’s, losing 100 pounds and gaining it back. She’s now 64 down 75 pounds most recently and is feeling stronger and better than she ever did. This is part II of the Summer Inspire Series.

Halfway btwn shoulder & elbow, arm extended.

Hips
Find the widest point of girth at the hips

Right Thigh
Standing with weight on both legs, measure halfway between knee cap and hip flexor

Right Calf
Standing with weight on both legs, find the largest point of calf.

Measure from the rib cage just under breasts at bra line

Waist
At the belly button/umbilicus
