Pack Your Bags and Leave the Weight Behind

Believe it or not some of us lose weight when we travel. There are probably several factors at play there.

1. You left day-to-day stressors behind.

2. You sleep better.

3. You may have the chance to cleanse.

 

  1. Pack protein powder.
  2. Bring individual packets of steel cut oats.
  3. Pack a bag of nuts.
  4. Bring a bar for convenience.
  5. Spread yourself thin with Nut Butter.
