  1. This was so interesting, and thank you for sharing it! It’s good to hear how you handle the changes we experience at midlife. Sleep, stress, nutrition, exercise frequency & intensity … Things have really shifted for me in the last five years, and I thought I wasn’t trying hard enough, even though I was doing more of the same things Ihave always done. Now I know I need to adjust my strategy, instead of trying to make the old strategy fit my new phase of life. I m looking forward to starting Stronger in a couple of weeks – “see” you there!

    Thanks, Kate! It’s definitely a shift! And yet, I get it! Even yesterday a body fat test showed 5% less body fat, 2 lbs more muscle and weight loss of 5 #… doing nothing but walking, and 2x short weight sessions 2x 20 minute interval sessions a week since COVID began. Compared to Ironman distance triathlon training last year in which I gained 10 lbs! When you reach stress overload- from all sources… it just will not work the old way any more!! See you inside!
