Chocolate Mudslide Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Coconut Milk Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
- Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder (Paleo adds collagen!!)
- 1/2 Banana, frozen
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 T Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp Espresso Powder*
- 1 pinch ground Cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Ice Cubes, for your desired consistency
- 1 T unsweetened Coconut Flakes, Optional for serving
- 1 tsp Organic, Raw Cacao Nibs, Optional for Serving
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Pour into a chilled glass or mug and top with cacao nibs and raw coconut for a treat!
*you can make your own: Dry used coffee grounds thoroughly. Then grind them in a coffee grinder or a food processor.
