Chocolate Cherry Bliss Bowl


  • Chocolate Paleo Power Protein or Plant Power Protein
  • ¼ cup Gluten-free Oats
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • ¼ avocado
  • 2 T. Chia seeds
  • 1 T. Cacao powder
  • Ice cubes
  • Just enough Coconut milk to blend


  • Raw coconut
  • Sliced almonds
  • Raspberries or strawberries

Add just enough coconut milk to blend. This will have the consistency and taste of chocolate mousse and it’s jam-packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients. You’ll be satisfied and lean. This is absolutely my favorite post-run meal.
