  • ½ cup coconut yogurt or cashew-gurt
  • Vanilla Paleo or Plant Power protein
  • 1 T Fiber Boost
  • ¾ cup frozen cherries
  • 1 tsp maca
  • ½ cup ice
  • unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract, optional


Blend all the ingredients to desired thickness.

Have you ditched dairy? The coconut or cashew-gurt in this recipe may be a better solution for you. I too was a Greek yogurt girl for a while. But even that with it’s live cultures wasn’t received well by my gut or skin. You can get the cultures here without the lactose. (I’ve recently found out that I have a genetic predisposition toward lactose intolerance – you can learn your genetic influences here too and I’ll go over them with you!).
