- ½ cup coconut yogurt or cashew-gurt
- Vanilla Paleo or Plant Power protein
- 1 T Fiber Boost
- ¾ cup frozen cherries
- 1 tsp maca
- ½ cup ice
- unsweetened almond milk
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract, optional
Blend all the ingredients to desired thickness.
Have you ditched dairy? The coconut or cashew-gurt in this recipe may be a better solution for you. I too was a Greek yogurt girl for a while. But even that with it’s live cultures wasn’t received well by my gut or skin. You can get the cultures here without the lactose.
