Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla Paleo Power or Plant Power Protein
  • ¼ cup gluten-free Oats (I like Bob’s Red Mill)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ avocado
  • handful of spinach (or baby kale)
  • 3 T. Hemp hearts
  • dash cinnamon
  • ice cubes
  • ½ cup unsweetened Almond milk

Toppings

  • Cocao nibs
  • banana slices

Instructions:
