  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen or canned
  • ½ cup lite coconut milk (from the can)
  • Stevia to taste
  • Ice

Toppings

Raw coconut

Kiwi slices

Instructions:

Simply blend. (More or less liquid for your bowl or glass preference) Stick a little umbrella in it and close your eyes.
