Trying to choose between protein powders?
Paleo (inspired – you need not be eating “paleo” to love it) is full of collagen that enhances skin better than botox so the saying goes. Collagen is also amazing for your joint health as well as skin, hair, and nails – bonus! You don’t need to add additional collagen to your shakes – it’s all in there! Muscle loss sparing, metabolism boosting, and additional collagen for your health.
Paleo vanilla is my most popular. I love it… but I’m a chocolate girl.
If you prefer to go plant when possible, Plant Power protein is the second most popular (and these two are neck and neck in popularity- homecoming queen and runner up). Both offer 21 grams of protein. Perfect for pairing with hemp hearts, chia, or nuts for additional protein you want at each meal.
If you struggle to get veggies in every day, find it hard to find high quality protein for every meal, a smoothie is an economical and easy way to do it. To your muscle, your skin, and your longevity!
