Bye Bye Hunger Post Workout Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla or Chocolate Protein (Your Whey if you tolerate dairy!)
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 2 T almond butter
  • ¾ cannelloni beans (drained)
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 2 T hemp hearts
  • 2 T cacao powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions:

Blend ingredients until smooth. 

Flip: Top with cacao nibs or a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Filled with plant-based protein and healthy fat and fiber all that will keep you full and support muscle recovery. Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it!
