Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of kale
  • 1 large green apple
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 T lemon juice or half a small lemon, peeled
  • Vanilla Plant Power protein shake
  • 3 T hemp hearts
  • 1/3 cup frozen mango
  • 2 T packed fresh mint
  • pure filtered water

Instructions:

Blend with water to desired thickness. Detox naturally with this high protein drink. For breakfast or for post workout this one will make your skin glow.
